The crop on May 2 and 3, 2026, is just around the corner, and we’re finalizing the last details with great enthusiasm and excitement.
We can’t wait to see you again!
We’re almost fully booked. There are only 6 spots left for this crop. If you know anyone who’s on the fence about joining, spread the word—this is going to be the best event of the season!
As mentioned in my previous newsletters and on my blog, the Aydelu Centre is spacious, has plenty of parking, and no stairs to climb with our big, heavy suitcases! You can park in either of the two arena parking lots or at La Basoche, which is the gray building across from the entrance. Here is a brief overview of the event schedule (for informational purposes only; the final program is subject to change): Saturday, May 2 9:00 AM Check-in- You will receive your goodie bag, which includes the program and information about the challenges, etc.
- You will be directed to a seating chart indicating your table
- A continental breakfast will be available—please bring your own reusable cups (Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate food allergies)
10:00 AM Welcome Remarks- Team Introduction
- Explanation of the games, challenges, and workshop schedule
11:00 AM Store Opens (for crop participants only)- All participants receive a 10% discount at the shop
- You will have the option to keep a tab and pay at the end of each day. (It is essential to settle your bill every day; reasons will be provided st the crop)
12:00 PM Lunch (Mrs Flo’s cafeteria will be open for us again; please support her)- There is no microwave oven available for our use
1:00 PM Store opens (to the public)
5:00 PM- Dinner on your own (Several restaurants in the area)
- Shop closes (to the public only)
9:00 PM Closing remarks and payment of the day’s bills (We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards)
10:00 PM Departure- You may leave your belongings on site. An alarm system will be activated.
Sunday, May 3
8:30 AM Check-in- You may take your seat upon arrival
- A continental breakfast will be available—please bring your own reusable cups (Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate food allergies)
9:30 AM Welcome Remarks- Explanation of the games, challenges, and the day’s workshop schedule
10:00 AM Store opens (for crop participants only)- All participants receive a 10% discount at the shop
- You will have the option to have an invoice on hold and pay at the end of the day.
12:00 PM Lunch (Mme Flo’s cafeteria will be open for us again)- Shop opens (to the public)
4:00 PM- Payment due for the day
- Shop closes (We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards)
- Closing remarks and final giveaways
5:00 PM Departure
The full two-day program, including activities, giveaways, and workshops, will be included in your goodie bag and handed out at the reception. There will also be tables available for your use:- A table with tools such as: BigShot (please bring your own cutting plates) , embossing guns, Scor-Pal, a few punches, etc. (Please avoid mass production with these tools. They are available to everyone and also for the workshops. These are the personal tools of the ÇaFabrik Design Team members.)
- A swap table: where you can leave items you no longer want in exchange for one or more products left by another crop participant. (At the end of the event, everyone is responsible for picking up what they have left.)
- Candy Put Luck : Interested? Bring your favorite treats to share! We’ll have a special table and small containers for those who want to introduce their scrapbooking friends to something new!
Electricity There aren’t many electrical outlets in the room. It’s essential to let me know if you need access to an outlet. If so, please bring an extension cord and some tape to secure it and prevent falls.

- Have you forgotten a technique?
- Do you need advice or inspiration?
Please reach out to me so we can provide whatever is needed to help you, or prepare informational capsules for you. We’ll have a table set up for this purpose.
Save the date for the fall/winter crop. The event will take place on October 17 and 18, 2026. We’ll be celebrating these beautiful seasons at the Aydelu Centre as well. Registration opens at the end of April.
